Tatiana Salikhova

Assistant Professor of Finance

Tatiana Salikhova is currently an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Tulsa. She received her Ph.D. in Finance from University of Arkansas. She also holds a M.Sc. in Financial Economics and a B.Sc. in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Before joining the TU, she was an Instructor of Finance at the University of Arkansas teaching undergraduate introductory course on finance and general course on investments.


Dr. Salikhova’s research is focused on empirical corporate finance, social networks in finance, banking, and international finance and has been presented at top national conferences including Financial Management Association, Midwest Finance Association and Eastern Finance Association. Her recent works examine how social connections of senior executives affect capital budgeting and capital structure policies of U.S. firms.
